Free civil legal help for the people of Guam.

Provide • Promote • Preserve — Peace of Mind.

The Civil Law Center serves our island through two federally funded programs: the Elder Justice Center for residents age 60 and older, and The Advocacy Center for victims and survivors of family violence. We also provide legal assistance for guardianships over minors.
