The Civil Law Center is part of the Public Defender Service Corporation. We have two federally-funded programs: Elder Justice Center and the Advocacy Center. In addition to the legal services we offer at the EJC and TAC, we also provide legal assistance for guardianships over minors.
ELDER JUSTICE CENTER (EJC)
Elder Justice center provides Legal Services for individuals 60 years of age and older regarding: Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, Living Will, Landlord Issues, and Guardianship over minor.
THE ADVOCACY CENTER (TAC)
The Advocacy Center provides services to victims and survivors of violence by providing no-cost legal advice and services for individuals needing assitance obtaining protective and restraining orders.
